Fertilizer blend: 26-12-10-4 Total Nitrogen (N) 26% 5.8% Ammoniacal Nitrogen 20.2% Urea Nitrogen Available Phosphate (P2O2) 12% Soluble Potash (K2O) 10% Sulfur (S) 4% Derived from Ammonium Sulfate, Mono Ammonium Phosphate, Potassium Chloride, Urea. Delivered to Wildlife area shop at 29005 NW Reeder Road, Portland, Oregon 97231 on or before June 15th, 2026.
