The sole purpose and intent of this request for quotation is to obtain firm fixed pricing for the purchase of a Ryan 18 Jr. Sod Cutter, Honda GX160, Or Equal, (One-Time). The 18 Jr. sod cutter-hydro shall be manufactured by Ryan or equal, meeting the following characteristics: A. Powerful BDU hydrostatic transmission B. Cast iron gearbox C. Honda Engine D. V-belt engine-to-gear case E. Drive wheel (2) 8 diameter knob thread; rubber vulcanized to cast-iron hub F. Pneumatic swiveling rear wheel G. Ultra-low vibration technology H. Fuel Capacity 0.80 min to 8.5 gallons max I. Speed: Up to 352ft/min J. Cutting width 16 minimum 20 maximum K. Weight 370lb minimum 380lb maximum
