Description: The Project includes the stabilization of approximately 330 of streambed enhancement construction of concrete sidewalk, Cast-in-place concrete retaining wall overlook with concrete pavers, a rain garden, approximately 150 linear feet of rock retaining walls, seeding, irrigation, and installation of City-provided site furnishings, root wads, lighting, and plants, and all labor, Equipment, Materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified.
