Description: The Work consists of demolition of the existing tennis court, a new concrete pad for pickleball and basketball courts along with court surfacing and striping, installation of chain link fencing around the new pickleball courts, preparation and construction of an ADA sidewalk, and placement of ADA markings, minor drainage improvements and surface restoration at the completion of construction, and other minor improvements as indicated in the plans.
