The awarded Consultant shall provide a full design for the park and boat ramp that utilizes Exhibit A: Master Site Planas a reference for completing the design. The design must balance recreational use with environmental preservation, while complementing and enhancing existing and proposed facilities within the surrounding area, and complying with all applicable zoning and land development code requirements. The final scope will be determined through negotiations with the awarded Consultant. The Waldron Family Park will encompass a wide range of recreational, educational, and support facilities.
