Description

The City of West Haven is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the renovation of West Haven Community Center located at 255 Meloy Road, West Haven, Connecticut. The building is a former school currently being renovated for adaptive reuse. This project includes five (5) bid scopes identified in the scope of work and attachments. Plans and specifications for each package are available in the attachment section of the attached: #31.1 Bathroom Construction & Plumbing; #31.2 Doors, Frames & Hardware; #31.3 Boiler Replacement; #31.4 Carpentry & Flooring; & #31.5 ADA Lift Elevator.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
