Plan Review, Inspection Services and Permit Technicians, Jupiter, FL

The Town of Jupiter is seeking qualified firms to provide plan review, inspection, and permit technician services on an as-needed basis to support Building Department operations. The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor and expertise necessary to review construction documents, perform field inspections, process permit applications, and assist customers in accordance with the Florida Building Code, applicable Florida Statutes, and all local regulations. Services include identifying code deficiencies, documenting inspection results, maintaining accurate records within the Towns permitting system, and coordinating with Town staff and applicants. All personnel must hold appropriate State of Florida certifications and licenses. Contractor(s) shall comply with all Town policies and procedures and provide services in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. The resulting contract shall be for an initial term of five (5) years, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms, subject to mutual agreement and approval by the Town.
