Description
The sole purpose and intent of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to secure firm, fixed pricing and establish a term contract for preventive maintenance and repair services on County owned RGF Washwater Recycling Equipment at various locations throughout Palm Beach County. Preventive maintenance service shall be performed by the successful quoter as specified below and in accordance with the manufacturers specifications at every visit per the service intervals on the response page. All required tools, materials, parts, filters, shop supplies, greases, lubes, etc., for preventive maintenance shall be included in the cost per service on the response page(s). Successful quoter shall: 1. Remove polish filters, clean and replace as necessary. 2. Inspect HCA-2 filter in Series 1, replace as necessary. 3. Check membrane filter pressure, clean as necessary. 4. Inspect all bleeding lines and adjust as necessary. 5. Inspect HCA-3 filter in Series 2, replace as necessary. 6. Remove Solids Grid and clean. 7. Inspect and clean Free Oil Removal System. 8. Check H2O2 or CL2 and replace as necessary. 9. Check system for soap content and advise County representative if too much is being used. 10. Check and adjust water pH as necessary. 11. Check solids collection trench/sump and advise County representative if cleanout is required. 12. Check Biosorb Air Blower operation and reset valve. 13. Test Auto Back Flush operation. 14. Inspect valve placements to ensure correct positioning. 15. Inspect multi-media filters and advise County representative if replacement is required
