Description
The Department of Housing Affordability & Community Revitalization seeks proposals for comprehensive Lead-Based Paint, Radon and Asbestos testing services. HACR completes up to 45 housing rehabilitation projects per year using CDBG and local funds. For housing built before 1978, lead-based paint testing is required to address any lead hazards.
