Description

Remove and dispose of, or recycle, all carpet, vinyl flooring, tile and cove base in all rooms except where indicated. The contractor is responsible for disposal. District will remove/replace furniture. Furnish and install specified flooring products. Follow all installation and floor preparation instructions per manufacturer guidelines All patched, porous, gritty, or dusty surfaces are to be clean and fully prepped. Install with Bentley Healthbond 2399 Adhesive and Bentley Healthbond 3000 seam sealer. Furnish and install Bentley 6' on EliteFlex cushion backing. The chosen style is Suitable Color 411463 - Useful Furnish and install Bentley Rough Idea, Color TBD, at walk-off areas at all doors (4'x4') and sink locations. Sheet Vinyl at Specific Areas: Mannington BioSpec MD with heat welded seams. Ardex MC Rapid Moisture Barrier Rubber Tile: NoraPlan Convia 2.0mm 24"x24", Color - T.B.D Ardex MC Rapid Moisture Barrier Nora Adhesive: AC MR95 Furnish and install 4" Mannington rubber cove base, (colors TBD) around the perimeter of each room. Must use manufacturers recommended cove base adhesive.
