Description
The successful contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to on call/as needed property maintenance services (pressure washing, landscape: mowing, trimming, blowing, etc.) and tree removal/trimming for a period of 36 months on properties and facilities which are under Covenants by The Woodlands Township. The scope includes maintenance service on properties that are required as part of the revitalization program or for enforcement matters that have been approved through a legal process for compliance with The Woodlands Township Standards and Covenants.
