Description
Project Description: The Vendor shall provide a unit price for an Omaha-style 332L and 336L cabinet. The unit price shall be guaranteed for one year from the execution of the contract. Upon mutual agreement by the City and Vendor, the contract, with the same unit price, may be extended three (3) additional one-year intervals. The City anticipates purchasing approximately 100 cabinets in the first year, with up to 100 (or more) cabinets in each subsequent year.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
