Description
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the complete installation of the access control system. The work shall include: System design and project management. Installation of conduits and low-voltage wiring per NEC standards. Installation of door controllers, power supplies, wired card readers, and access control software. Installation of locking hardware, including door strikes, magnetic locks, and electrified panic bars. System configuration, programming, and integration with existing infrastructure. System testing, troubleshooting, and training for Owner personnel. The project considers a total of 30 doors and 5 gates, as follows: David C. Ritz Booster Pumping Station (821 Largo Rd.
