Description
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT or Owner) is soliciting qualified bidders to install and make function Department provided toilets (87), urinals (19), and sinks (65). Provide sufficient workforce, equipment, materials, oversight, permitting, safety, cleanup, disposal of waste, and all incidentals necessary to remove, repair, and replace all existing fixtures as depicted and specified in this scope and contract documents. All repair work will match existing bathroom fixtures currently installed. All work shall be in accordance with the current Florida Building Code and all applicable laws, rules, and codes. Quantities listed are estimated and are not guaranteed. The contractor will be responsible for verifying quantities.
