Description

Project consists of removing existing air handling unit and associates condensing unit and ductwork. Providing a new cooling with only rooftop unit placed on a new concrete pad with new ductwork and electric heating coils inside the ductwork. Project includes associated electrical work, fire alarm work, and site fencing/acoustical screen at the mechanical unit.
