Description
The City of Salem, Virginia, is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms to provide specialized professional services related to water storage tank engineering and inspection. The scope of services shall include, but is not limited to: Overall inspection, evaluation, and cleaning of existing water storage tanks Design services for tank improvements and rehabilitation Bidding assistance and procurement support Construction contract administration Construction Resident Project Representative (RPR) for oversight of tank improvement/rehabilitation operations Appurtenance mounting and structural attachment design and evaluation General maintenance consulting for existing water storage infrastructure.
