Description
The City of Brea is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing landscape maintenance services located at Wildcatters Park, Maintenance District #1, Maintenance District #3, Maintenance District #6, Maintenance District #7, Medians, Greenbelts, Entry Markers, Parkways and Parks (mowing). These services will be provided on a scheduled basis as set forth in EXHIBIT A - Scope of Services. The objective of this Request for Proposals is to identify the most qualified proposer(s) to provide these services over the course of a three-year base term, with option of four (4) one-year per period extensions. However, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards if doing so serves the best interest of the City. Depending on the department needs, final contract terms, including compensation and length of the agreement are subject to negotiation and final City approval.
