Description
Contractor agrees to perform nuisance abatement services for the City, such services to include mowing and removal of grass, weeds, overgrown vegetation, removal and lawful disposal of trash, debris, and other materials constituting a public health or safety nuisance. Contractor shall also perform such other nuisance abatement services as required by the City (hereinafter referred to as the Services) Contractor warrants that it shall perform all Services in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the Agreement, all laws and industry standards, and to Citys full satisfaction based on commercially reasonable expectations.
