Description
The City of Laguna Beach is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing Wildfire Mitigation Vegetation Reduction Services. The objective of this Request for Proposal solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified Contractor whose proposal best complies with the requirements of this RFP and any attachments, including the Scope of Services specified in Attachment A, and provides the most comprehensive solution for the Citys needs. This RFP and the attached Scope of Services collectively make up the Project. The successful Contractor will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the City for the duration of the Project. An example of the Agreement is attached to this RFP as Attachment B (Template Professional Services Contractor Agreement).
