The City of Santa Paula Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the supply and installation of up to 20 trash full capture systems (FCS) within storm drain catch basins identified across the City. Contractors submitting proposals are required to read this Request for Proposals (RFP) in its entirety and follow the instructions contained herein.
