Description
The City of Missouri City owns two (2) municipal wastewater treatment plants and one (1) surface water treatment plant at locations in Missouri City, Texas. Under this IFB, a contract will be executed for the provision of sludge hauling and disposal services. The plants require the hauling and disposal of wet sludge, dry sludge or a combination of both. The dry sludge will be dewatered using a belt filter press and shall be disposed of in a roll-off container with minimum capacity of thirty (30) cubic yards to be supplied by the contractor. The sludge cake will have an average of 15-17% cake solids discharged from the Belt Filter Press into vendor's owned/supplied roll off container having a minimum load capacity not to exceed TXDOT regulations.
