Description
Tiered Set Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for construction of a parking structure addition at the Buffalo VAMC. The purpose of this project is to construct a 2-level vertical expansion of the existing parking ramp, including a new stair and elevator tower, improvements to adjacent grounds and repairs/restoration of the existing structure, and contractor-provided off-campus construction impact parking.
