Description
Scope of Work: Remove all debris from roof surface; Inspect interior of building for signs of water penetration, frost build-up, and structural distress; Inspect exterior of building for continuity of roof covering, deterioration of fascias, gutters, and soffits, and performance of flashing; Remove accumulations of soil; Inspect condition of flat roof surface for blisters and ridges; Inspect all walk pads for deterioration; Inspect for water ponding; Inspect all flashings and/or gravel stops for deterioration; Remove all debris from strainers over drain pipes; Clean all gutters and downspout, and Inspect all metal roofing for rust and loose fasteners.
