Description
Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide the following services for the Town of Jupiter (Owner) Water Utility: - in-place chemical cleaning of reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) membranes, - troubleshooting and repair of RO and NF membrane systems including but not limited to pressure vessel leaks, instrumentation, sample panels, etc. - cleaning of stainless-steel pipe and equipment, - water treatment process piping and instrumentation repairs and replacements. Work provided pursuant to the award of a contract shall be completed on an as needed basis as requested by the Owner. Contractor shall prepare work order proposals for Owners approval based on bid unit pricing and agreed upon schedules for all work requested by the Owner. Owner will authorize work orders for acceptable proposals. The initial term of the contract is 2 years, and the contract contains provisions for renewal for up to a total duration of 5 consecutive years.
