Description
Description: The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for yearly inspection, maintenance and servicing of furnaces, HVAC (mini split) units, walk-in cool room refrigerator units and an ice machine in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
