8(a) Set-Aside, 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to, complete structural demolition and removal of Facility 448. Abatement and proper disposal of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead-based paint) prior to and during demolition activities. Site clearing, debris removal, and final site restoration in accordance with base and environmental regulations.
