Complete the design for the Project based on the Bridging Documents, including related meetings with the District for input and approval at multiple stages of design development and preparation of detailed construction cost budgets. Program and Schematic Design Confirmation: Verify and detail the Districts established program and scope for the project by leading the district through a program validation effort. Prepare a clearly documented summary of required spaces, capacities, adjacencies, equipment, and performance expectations. This effort may require amending or altering the existing bridging documents to re-establish a final Schematic Design. Design Development: Prepare Design Development Documents from the Bridging Documents, including related architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and landscape services. Revise construction cost budget. Meet with the District. 50% Construction Documents: Upon the Districts acceptance of the Design Development Documents, prepare 50% construction documents. Revise construction cost budget. Meet with the District. 100% Construction Documents: Upon the Districts acceptance of 50% Construction Documents, prepare 100% construction documents. Revise construction cost budget. Meet with the District. Perform backcheck as needed at no additional cost to the District. Obtain DSA stampout and approval letter.
