Spring/Fall Cleanup - The Contractor will clear the mowing areas of all leaves, sticks, twigs, etc. and remove such material from the site. The Contractor is responsible for a general cleanup of the contract area. This includes the following; Mowing Area, Mulch Beds, and Debris Removal.
