1. The "Project" of which the "Work" of this Contract is a part, is titled A New Early Childhood Center Addition for Gregory-Portland ISD and is composed of an 8 classroom addition and related site work located in Portland, Texas. 2. The "Work" of this Contract is titled A New Early Childhood Center Addition and is defined in the Contract Documents to include, but not necessarily to be limited to: a. An 8 classroom addition, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general construction work. 3. Related Work: a. Documents affecting work of this Section include, but are not necessarily limited to, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Sections in Division 01 of these Specifications. b. The work of other contracts is described in various contract documents prepared therefore, some of which are in the possession of the Owner and are available for inspection by interested parties.
