The Rockford Park District invites qualified contractors to submit a bid for excavation and paving services for new playground located at Bloom School Park, 2901 Pelham Road Rockford, IL. Work will include excavation of playground site, new concrete curbing, storm water drainage for playground, new asphalt paths throughout park, and site restoration.
