Description
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (State): MDOT SHA Elkton Maintenance Facility is soliciting bids for a two-person crew with a truck, minimum 200 gallon tank, either bed mounted or trailer mounted, and fan tip nozzle to provide herbicide spraying services along the right of way on highways in Cecil County as needed. Small Business Reserve Procurement.
