Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide timeandmaterials services for facility maintenance, repair, remodeling, and minor construction across City-owned facilities. Because multiple locations may require work concurrently and a wide range of trades may be needed throughout the year, the City anticipates awardingmultiple contracts. Proposers may submit pricing for one or more trade categories. Aseparate proposal price sheet must be submitted for each category, and each category will be evaluated independently using the criteria established in this RFP.
