Expansion of the Professional Engineering Services Pool, Hidalgo, TX

Hidalgo County (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) is seeking qualified firms interested in providing comprehensive professional services as part of our Professional Services Pools throughout the identified term of the pool. Qualified Respondents may then be engaged from the pool to provide professional services on an As Needed Basis or on a Project-Specific Basis. Sealed qualifications will be received for Hidalgo County (including all funding sources, programs, and entities) Expansion of the Professional Engineering Services Pool, in accordance with the requirements attached hereto as "Requirements/Specifications. Inclusion into the specified Pool is based on qualifications and other factors as herein set forth. The qualifications should address all requirements. Respondent may suggest substitutions of features which they feel would be in the best interest of COUNTY; however, a strong rationale must be presented for any deviation from the requirements. COUNTY reserves the right to reject the deviation and its effect on the overall qualification.
