Description
While it is not an explicit requirement in the RFQ for an engineer to be included on the project team, there are portions of the scope that we feel would be best completed by someone with an engineering background. These include the review of previous engineering studies and evaluation of engineering cost estimates, among others. Regardless of whether an engineer is included on the project team, the SOQ should demonstrate that the project team has sufficient experience and capabilities to effectively accomplish all scope items.
