Description
The Booker T Anderson Community Center is approximately 16,700 gross square feet and experienced a significant fire in 2020. Approx. 3,800 sq ft of the building sustained fire, water & smoke damge. The work of this project is to repair and reconstruct the damaged portions of the community center using similar building materials and finishes as originally constructed to the greatest extend possible. See attached for detailed requirements. Project duration is 180 calendar days. Questions are due no later than 5:00 PM on Nov 30th.
