Contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, materials, parts, equipment, and incidentals necessary to paint all the first-floor exterior window frames at the Rene C. Davidson (RCD) Courthouse, located at 1225 Fallon Street, Oakland. Contractor shall provide a full turn-key project including the following 47 window units.
