Laguna Creek (Line E) Improvements from Starboard Dr to I-880 Fwy, in Fremont, Alameda Co., CA,

The project consists, in general, of preparing and implementing water pollution control plan and construction site management; providing construction area signs; designing, installing, maintaining and removing temporary local de-watering system; clearing and grubbing; structure excavation and backfill; removing existing drainage inlets and re-connecting existing drain pipes; construction of reinforced concrete floodwalls and outlet structure; modifying existing reinforced concrete outfall structure; earthwork including channel bank excavation, transporting suitable excavated materials to District s designated site within project limits for placement, moisture conditioning, grading and compaction; removing, salvaging, placing and compacting existing Class 2 aggregate base; furnishing, placing, and compacting Class 2 aggregate base and asphalt concrete; furnishing and installing articulated concrete block (ACB) mats; installing chain-link fences and gates; and all miscellaneous work necessary to complete said project.
