Description
Single Prime Contract for Construction of the East Lot on the 66th Ave. property at the Division 4 Facility. Work entails construction of a PCC parking lot with site lighting, construction of a sound wall to separate the parking lot from the residential properties adjacent to the site and the construction of two bioretention areas for storm management. This project is required for the displacement of District buses due to the future Battery Electric Charging Infrastructure project. 120 calendar days completion.
