Description
The project consists of: -remove existing wood low wall and re-grading existing soil along marcella street and existing lower parking -remove existing chain link fence -renovation of existing lower parking area, re-install new parking stalls and re-finish asphalt paving -relovated school bus loading zone at marcella street -add accessible drop-off at lower parking lot. -add accessible ramp from drop-off in lower parking lot to accessible entry level. -add accessible concrete sidewalk and new school signage -add cmu low wall along marcella street and drop-off/lower parking area -add two steel traffic gates at lower parking area -add accessible parking stalls and new staff parking – bid alternate. -add concrete sidewalk routed to main building -add chain link fence at new staff parking and property line. Time for Completion id 90 days from the notice to proceed. DVBE Goal: 3%.
