Description
The Projects consists of: Eight (8) sites: Roosevelt E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface Washington E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface McKinley E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface Halkin E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface Garfield E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface James Monroe E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface Jefferson E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface James Madison E.S Pour in Place Rubber Playground Surface Provide Design Built service for each site for the following: Remove old tiles and off haul from sites, regrade subgrade as needed, Import class II AB as needed. Contractor to verify the fall height of existing play structure and equipment and in- stall permeable pour in place rubber surfacing for all play areas with proper thickness. Protect existing play structure, equipment, trees, asphalt, concrete, and curb on sites. Repair any damage done during the construction. DVBE goal is 3%.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
