The work consists, in general, of removing and replacing sidewalk; adding concrete bulb-outs; median refuge island; bike lanes; streetlights; trees; upgrading curb ramps to current ADA standards; rehabilitating the street pavement; rapid flashing beacons; striping and performing other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions. DBE goal is 20%.
