Description

The work consists, in general, of site-wide grading, excavation for keyway construction, construction of park elements, installation of flatwork, site furnishings, planting and hydroseeding; installation and modification of turn lanes, installation of traffic striping, pavement marking, signing, storm drains; joint trench conduits and vaults, and performing other items or details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, and as specified in the Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions. Additive Bid Alternate 1: Install Shade Trellis at Upper Plaza. Additive Bid Alternate 2: Install Shade Trellis at Upper Picnic Area. Additive Bid Alternate 3: Install Shade Trellis at Lower Neighborhood Picnic Area. Additive Bid Alternate 4: Install Additional Perennial Planting. Additive Bid Alternate 5: Install Integral Color Asphalt Paving (in lieu of Regular Asphalt Paving at additional cost).
