Description
Work includes the following: (1) remove and replace linings (or coatings) on digester internal steel and concrete surfaces. (2) Electrical and instrumentation work required to replace or modify digester overflow temperature sensors for each digester. (3) Structural repair work on the underside (inside) of the Digester 12 cover. (4) Remove and install new digester insulated roofing system on Digester 10 and spot repair of roof insulation at specific digesters. (5) Install new Class 1 Division 2 wiring, panels, and controls equipment at the flares. (6) install HVAC system in the Dewatering Building. (7) area gas monitor sensors, and (8) other miscellaneous improvements in and around the digesters. Bidders shall have an active Class A license from the Contractors' State License Board at the time of submitting bid.
