Description
The Project involves, but is not limited to, the conversion and expansion of a former elementary school building to a community center with assembly spaces, commercial kitchen, restrooms, AV equipment; and renovation of 10 acres of parkland consisting of parking lots, childrens play structure, basketball and pickleball courts, outdoor fitness court, lighting, vehicular and pedestrian pathways, site furnishings, bioretention basins, landscape and limited irrigation. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: A – General Construction B – Building
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
