At Matson Terminal, a full deck replacement or a deck overlay may be constructed as shown on the plans; the replacement limits may be relocated, reduced, or superseded by a different repair scheme described in the plans. The scope also includes installation of anodes on the reinforcing steel. Additional marine related repairs include, but are not limited to, concrete bull rails, scuppers, utility support brackets, pile repair, rock slope replacement, deck joint seal, sheet pile repair, and bollard repair/replacement.

The following is a schedule of the City of Dublin events and festivals for Fiscal Years 2026-28: General requirements and services for all City of Dublin events and festivals: Event dates and times are subject to change at the sole discretion of the City. Confirm all logistics with City staff one month prior to the event dates. Assist City staff in identifying all event electrical needs. This agreement does not confirm the Citys exact needs, as event details and layout may change. Exact orders and equipment needs will be confirmed 10 days prior to each event. Ensure all equipment meets City and Alameda County Fire Department requirements for placement, fire suppression, etc. Provide on-site event supervisor during event set-up. The supervisor will remain on-site until City staff approves equipment placement and proper functionality. Provide an on-site equipment technician on the event date(s)

The proposed scope of work includes, but not limited to, the following scope of removing and replacing existing HVAC units in mechanical room #4, level B & C as follows: -Vertical Air Handler SF-35 (old tag HV-3) and exhaust fan EF-26 (old tag E-6) serving Durham Theater -Vertical Air Handler SF-37 (old tag HV-1) and exhaust fan EF-25 (old tag E-4) serving auditorium 155 -Vertical Air Handler SF-38 (old tag HV-2) and exhaust fan EF-39 (old tag E-5) serving auditorium 145 -Horizontal Air Handler SF-36 (old tag HV-3) and exhaust fan EF-24 (old tag E-7) serving offices and other areas and general exhaust. All new air handlers under phase 1 shall have steam coil for heating and a blank module for future chilled water coil. Provide new air handlers with associated ductwork. Steam and condensate piping, valves, control valves, steam traps, and other steam piping components shall be part of the base scope of work. Provide new DDC (ALC) controls for the new HVAC units.
