Scope: Structural Turnout Protective Ensemble, needed to facilitate the duties of CAL FIREs BTU personnel.

California State University, Chico is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive elevator maintenance, repair, and inspection services across campus. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to ensure the safe, reliable, and code-compliant operation of the Universitys elevator systems, supporting continuous and timely vertical transportation for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Services shall maintain equipment condition, extend system lifespan, and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and safety requirements. In coordination with University Facilities Management and Services (FMS) and University Housing (UH), the selected vendor shall demonstrate the experience, staffing, and technical expertise necessary to provide preventive maintenance, timely repairs, emergency response, and consistent, professional service delivery.

Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to trim the trees and remove all debris at the Chico Armory.

In general, the work to be done under the 2026 Road Rehabilitation - E. 20th Street (State Route 99 NB Ramps to Notre Dame Blvd) Project, consists of the following: Full depth reclamation (FDR-C) of E. 20th Street from the west curb return of the SR99 NB ramps to Notre Dame Boulevard Following potholing by the contractor, where full 12 FDR is not feasible due to constraints, shallow drainage pipes and utility conflicts, full depth HMA will be constructed Minor drainage improvements Curb ramp replacement Pedestrian push button improvements Restriping to incorporate a buffered bike lane along both sides of E. 20th Street The additive alternate bid comprises installation of fiber conduit and vaults and water valve relocation.

Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to install and test a new backflow prevention assembly and all related components.

The project scope of work is presented below: Event Center (+/-41,000 SF): The proposed project consists of a new event and evacuation resiliency center and related site modifications. The scope includes one premanufactured metal structure on concrete foundation for the building. Site work includes underground utilities, driveways, fire & maintenance access roads, parking and drop-off areas, service yard/enclosure, concrete walks, fencing, access gates, Planting and irrigation.

The Work, in general, consists of Schedule I Rehabilitation of Taxiway R; Rehabilitate Airline Air Cargo Apron at Chico Regional Airport. A portion of one taxiway and a portion of the airport's apron will be rehabilitated. Cracking and pavement surface will be treated. The project includes pavement marking on the runway and portions of the taxiway
