Description

Project Scope of Work: Install specified vehicular traffic coating system and all required surface preparation to existing raised concrete parking structure deck. Provide 10 yr manufacturer warranty. Concrete structure estimated at roughly 10,500 SF. Project includes but not limited to the following: Remove and re-install existing parking wheel stops (replace damaged ones) Repair damaged, loose or sprawling sections of concrete in preparation for coating system Grind/scarify vertical offsets as needed to remove hazards Install specified vehicular traffic coating system per mfg. detail and scope attached Provide alternate pricing #1 for restriping of parking lot upon project completion Provide alternate pricing #2 for power washing of underside of existing concrete structure to remove efflorescence/stalactite after completion of coating system.
