Description
The scope of work of this NON-PLA bid package involves: Demolition of existing residential and secondary structures, Demolish and haul off all materials including foundation, piers, hardscape, gas line and septic tank, Removal of existing well and associated equipment and plugging casing to a depth of 8’, Removal of cyclone fencing and posts adjacent to the residential structure, and Rough rototill/ light grade of site to maintain site contour. All Bidders are hereby notified that the Contractors bidding shall provide a statement of qualifications, be a licensed California contractor and shall comply with the State Labor Code and DVBE sub-contracting requirements.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
