Description

In general, the work to be performed includes the demolition of a wharf and warehouse as well as bank restoration. This work includes, but is not limited to the following: compliance with State and Federal regulatory agency permits; preparation and implementation of a SWPPP; installation of a silt curtain; bathymetric surveys; clearing and grubbing; removal and disposal of wood, concrete, and steel both above and underwater; removal and disposal of piles of various types; management and disposal of hazardous materials; earthwork; placement of rock slope protection and all other work as shown on the Plans, as called for in the Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Mar 21st. The bidder must also have a hazardous Substance Removal Certification.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
