Description
In general, the work consists of clearing and grubbing, installation of temporary traffic control measures, disposal of material, removal of asphalt concrete, construction of raised intersection, construction of raised concrete median, installation of detectable warning surface, adjust sanitary sewer cleanout cover to grade, adjust sanitary sewer manhole cover to grade, adjust storm drain manhole cover to grade, adjust water valve cover to grade, install pre-formed thermoplastic crosswalk marking, install 12” thermoplastic pavement marking or crosswalk, paint curb red, installation of 4” diagonal stripe (white), and install new sign and post; and for all other work, items, or details including demolition and removals, that are required by the Drawings, State Standard Specifications, of these Special Provisions. Bid Additive work includes construction of construction of raised crosswalk, adjust storm drain manhole cover to grade, installation of pre-formed thermoplastic crosswalk marking, installation of solar rectangular rapid flashing beacon, installation of thermoplastic pavement marking, and installation of 12” thermoplastic pavement marking or crosswalk; and for all other work, items, or details including demolition and removals, that are required by the Drawings, State Standard Specifications, of these Special Provisions. MBE/WBE Goals at 6%.
